4. Handling Incoming Calls To retrieve a call . . . From a different extension than the one that placed the call on hold From Floating Hold (also known as Station Park Pick Up) Do . . . Press the FF key that is flashing red. a. Press the Floating Hold FF key. OR a. Enter the Floating Hold Answer code (default = *9). b.
