6. Using Additional Features To establish a private conversation with a conference member 1. While in a conference call, press CONF + conference member number. For example, to have a private conversation with conference member 1, press CONF + 1. Note: To reestablish the conference, press CONF. For parties represented with an FF key (DN/CO key only) 1. Press HOLD. This places all parties on hold (Conference Hold). 2. Press the FF key for the conference member. Note: To reestablish the conference, press CONF. To place a conference call on hold 1. Press HOLD. This places all parties on Conference Hold. Note: Depending on system programming, one of the following occurs: • Conference members hear a Hold tone, or Music on Hold. • Conference members can talk to each other (Unsupervised Conference). Lift the handset or press the ON/OFF key, and then press HOLD to re-enter the conference call. • Press the DN key (or CO key) that indicates the Hold status, and then press CONF to re-enter the conference call.
