5. Communicating Within Your Office Note: If your phone is set for Call Forwarding-No Answer or Busy (such as to voice mail), only calls from other extensions will be blocked. External calls will still ring through to your extension before being forwarded to voice mail. Permanent call forwarding is determined through system programming. To turn DND on 1.
