Tapering/Embroidering with the satin-stitch zigzag With your tiptronic you also have the option of increasing or decreasing the width of the zigzag stitch in 0.5 mm increments. This technique of adjusting the width great effects by adjusting the size of a of a zigzag seam is wide zigzag stitch. called TAPERiNG.
