CONSOLE DIAGRAM Key Clip CAUTION: Before operating the console, read the following precautions. • Do not stand on the walking belt when turning on the power. • Always wear the clip (see the drawing above) whilst operating the treadmill. • Adjust the speed in small increments in order to avoid sudden jumps in speed. • To reduce the possibility of electric shock, keep the console dry. Avoid spilling liquids on the console and place only a sealed water bottle in the water bottle holder. Four preset programs are also offered. If the LINE OUT jack is being used, see instruction B. Note: If your computer has a 3.5 mm LINE OUT jack, see instruction A. If your computer has only a PHONES jack, see instruction B. A. Plug one end of the audio cable into the jack on the right side of the console. Plug the other end of the cable into the adaptor. Plug the adaptor into the LINE OUT jack on your stereo. Note: If your stereo has an unused LINE OUT jack,

A. Plug one end of the audio cable into the jack on the
right side of the console. Plug the other end of the
cable into the adaptor. Plug the adaptor into the
LINE OUT jack on your stereo.
B. Plug one end of the audio cable into the jack on the
right side of the console. Plug the other end of the
cable into the adaptor. Plug the adaptor into an
RCA Y-adaptor (available at electronics stores).
Next, remove the wire that is currently plugged into
the LINE OUT jack on your stereo and plug the wire
