Digital Answering System Answering System On / Off Status Check Briefly press the Answer L1 or L2 button, it displays the answering status on LCD. For example, L2:ANSWER OFF. To change status; press and hold the Answer L1 button. Unit will display and announce the new status of the answering system. Playback Messages 1. Press the Play/Stop button. 2. The voice messages status is displayed. Use the 3 and 4 to scroll to L1 or L2. 3. Press the Sel/Save button to start playback. -ORThe Answer button flashes when there are new messages in the mailbox. Press the corresponding Answer button to play messages. 4. During playback, press 4 to skip to the next message. 5. During playback, press 3 to return to the start of the current message. Press the 3 button twice to go back to the previous message. 6. During playback, press Delete to delete to the current message. Press Sel/Save or Delete to confirm message delete. 7. During playback, press and hold Delete for 2 seconds to delete to the all messages. Press the Sel/Save or Delete button to confirm all message delete. 8. Press Play/Stop or Exit to stop and exit playback. NOTE: After playing a message, the unit will prompt you to keep or delete the message. If you want to keep it, press 4 or 3 key to keep it and play the next message. If you want to delete it, press the Delete or Sel/Save button to delete and continue to the next message. Memo Recording 1. Press Memo/Record button. 2. Use the 3 and 4to scroll to L1 or L2. 3. Press the Sel/Save button to start recording. 4. Press the Sel/Save button again to stop recording. The recorded memo is saved as an incoming voice message. NOTE: There is no time limit for memo recording. Messages can be recorded until recording capacity is reached. 32

Answering System On / Off Status Check
Briefly press the
Answer L1
or
L2
button, it displays the answering status on LCD. For
example, L2:ANSWER OFF.
To change status; press and hold the
Answer L1
button. Unit will display and announce
the new status of the answering system.
Playback Messages
1. Press the
Play/Stop
button.

to scroll to L1 or L2.

button to start playback.

The

Memo Recording
1. Press Memo/Record button.
