To insert battery, push the battery door away your Audio System from the unit and lift the battery door out. 1. Slide the USB cover down to show the USB connector on the back of the player. 2. Insert a "AAA"(UM4) battery with polarities corresponding to the indications in the compartment. (Refer to "Before You Begin" for important battery information.) 3. Replace the door to the battery compartment. 2. Insert the USB connector into the USB socket on the top of the Audio System. Note: This unit may temporarily cease to function if subjected to electrostatic disturbance. To resume normal operation, it may be necessary to cycle the power off and back on or to remove and reinstall the batteries. 22

Deleting Files from mp3 Player
1. In navigation mode, select the file to delete
using the navigation buttons (Refer to
“Navigation Controls” for details.)

Insert battery into the player
1. To insert battery, push the battery door away
from the unit and lift the battery door out.

Connecting the Lyra Player to
your Audio System
1. Slide the USB cover down to show the USB
