TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM Engine will not start. POSSIBLE CAUSE Engine/choke lever is in run position. No fuel. Stale gasoline or water in gasoline. Lubricant level is low. SOLUTION Move engine/choke lever to start position. Fill fuel tank. Drain entire system and refill with fresh fuel. Check engine lubricant level and fill, if necessary. Spark plug faulty, fouled, or improperly Replace spark plug. gapped. Engine stored without treating or Drain fuel and carburetor. Refuel with draining gasoline, or refueled with bad fresh gasoline. gasoline. Dirty fuel filter. Replace fuel filter or contact authorized service center or contact authorized service center.
