Making a Call Manual Digit Dialing 1. Touch ➔ . The Phone screen appears in the display. 2. Enter the number you wish to call using the touch keypad. 3. To dial the number you've entered, touch . A call Notification icon appears. Emergency Number Dialing When you call an Emergency Number, such as 911, your phone locks itself in emergency mode, only allowing you to make calls to the emergency call center you originally contacted. To place the call, touch . Important!: Emergency number 911 is preset into your phone. If you call 911 an audible tone is heard and an Emergency prompt appears in the display for the duration of the call. Important!: Because of various transmission methods, network parameters, and user settings necessary to complete a call from your wireless phone, a connection cannot always be guaranteed. Therefore, emergency calling may not be available on all wireless networks at all times. Making a Call
