From the Home screen, press the Menu Key, then touch Settings ➔ Search ➔ Searchable items. 2. Touch items to enable or disable searching. When enabled, a check mark appears in the check box. Clear shortcuts When you search and choose a search result, the result is saved as a search shortcut.
