Assigning speed dial numbers 1. Scroll to a key location from 2 to 9. Key 1 is reserved for your voicemail server. 2. Press and select Add → Contact or FDN contact. 3. Select a contact from the list. 4. Select a number, if the contact has more than one number. Managing speed dial entries From the Speed dial screen, press to access the following options: • Add: assign a number to an unassigned key. You can select a contact from Phonebook or the FDN list.

From the group list, press <

the following options:

View
: display the members of the selected
group.

: add a new group.

: change the properties of the selected

Delete
: delete the selected group. Group
members, however, will not be deleted from
Phonebook.

numbers.
