System The System log feature is used for troubleshooting purposes and allows you to download the log as a single file. The location of the log file is provided. Note: To access the log file, you must first turn off the USB tethering feature from the Home page so that the device can then act as an external storage medium. • Download: Begins the process of downloading the Log file to the described location. Factory Reset via Web Portal Use Factory reset function to return your device to its factory defaults. This setting erases all data, configuration, and passwords from the device. To reset the device: 1. Access the Web portal and select Configuration ➔ Tools tab. 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Factory Reset button. 3.
