Finding Speed Dial Numbers

You can assign speed dial numbers when you add a new Contacts entry, when you add a new phone number to an existing entry, or when you edit an existing number. To assign a speed dial number to a new phone number: 1. Add a phone number to a new or to an existing Contacts entry. 2. Press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Set Speed Dial. 3. Enter a number that you want to display or use your navigation keys to scroll up and down through the available locations. 4. Highlight an available speed dial location and press ASSIGN (right softkey). 5. Press DONE (left softkey) to return to the CONTACT DETAILS screen. To assign a speed dial number to an existing phone number: 1. Display a Contacts entry. 2. Press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Edit Contact. 3. Highlight a phone number and press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Set Speed Dial. 4. Enter a number that you want to display or use your navigation keys to scroll up and down through the available locations. 5. Highlight a speed dial location and press ASSIGN (right softkey). Note: Location 1 is automatically assigned to Voicemail. 6. Press DONE (left softkey) to return to the CONTACT DETAILS screen. Finding Speed Dial Numbers 1. Press > Contacts. 2. You can assign speed dial numbers when you add a new Contacts entry, when you add a new
phone number to an existing entry, or when you edit an existing number.
To assign a speed dial number to a new phone number:
1.
Add a phone number to a new or to an existing Contacts entry.
2. Press
OPTIONS
(right softkey) >
Set Speed Dial
.
3.
Enter a number that you want to display or use your navigation keys to scroll up and
down through the available locations.
4.
Highlight an available speed dial location and press
ASSIGN
(right softkey).
5. Press
DONE
(left softkey) to return to the
CONTACT DETAILS
screen.
To assign a speed dial number to an existing phone number:
1. Display a Contacts entry.
2. Press
OPTIONS
(right softkey) >
Edit Contact
.

Highlight a phone number and press
OPTIONS
(right softkey) >
Set Speed Dial
.
4.
Enter a number that you want to display or use your navigation keys to scroll up and
down through the available locations.

Highlight a speed dial location and press
ASSIGN
(right softkey).
Note: Location 1 is automatically assigned to Voicemail.
6. Press
DONE

screen.
