Many common household aerosol sprays, cleaning agents, solvents, and polishes will cause permanent damage to the fine surface. 1. Unplug the power cord before cleaning the television. 2. Gently wipe the screen and cabinet with a DRY SOFT CLOTH. The screen is likely to be damaged if it is not maintained properly. DO NOT use hard objects such as hard cloth or paper. DO NOT use excessive pressure when cleaning the LCD screen; excessive pressure can cause permanent discoloration or dark spots. NOTE: Never spray liquids on the screen because they can run down and enter the cabinet. This may cause component failure not covered under Warranty.
