To delete all phone contacts 1 From standby select Menu > Contacts. 2 Select More > Options > Advanced > Delete all contacts. Sending contacts To send a contact 1 From standby select Menu > Contacts. 2 Scroll to a contact and select More > Send contact. 3 Select a transfer method. Make sure the receiving device supports the transfer method you select. Memory status The number of contacts you can save in your phone or on the SIM card depends on available memory. To view memory status 1 From standby select Menu > Contacts. 2 Select More > Options > Advanced > Memory status. To save contacts on a memory card 1 From standby select Menu > Contacts. 2 Select More > Options > Advanced > Back up to M.S. Synchronizing contacts Contacts can be synchronized with your computer and some Web applications. For more information, see Synchronizing on page 51. Groups You can create a group of phone numbers and email addresses to send messages to. See Messaging on page 28. You can also use groups (with phone numbers) when you create accepted callers lists. See Accept calls on page 26. To create a group of numbers and email addresses 1 From standby select Menu > Contacts > Options > Groups > New group. 2 Enter a name for the group and select Continue. 3 Select New to find and select a contact phone number or email address. 4 Repeat step 3 to add more phone numbers or email addresses. 5 Select Done. 22 Calling This is the Internet version of the User's guide. © Print only for private use.
