RF input that connects to your VHF/UHF antenna or cable box. HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) provides an uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface between this TV and any HDMI-equipped audio/video component, such as a digital satellite receiver, digital cable box, DVD player, and AV receiver. HDMI supports enhanced, or high-definition video, plus stereo digital audio. Connect to the composite A/V output jacks on your VCR or other video component. A third composite A/V input jack (VIDEO 2 IN) is located on the front panel of the TV. These video connections provide better picture quality than the VHF/UHF (2) connections. Connect to your DVD player's or digital satellite receiver's or digital cable box's component video (Y, PB, PR) and audio (L/R) jacks. Component video provides better picture quality than the S VIDEO (8), the VHF/UHF (2) or the composite video (4) connections. Connects to the left and right audio input jacks of your audio or video equipment. You can use these outputs to listen to your TV's audio through your stereo system. Connect the center output terminals of an audio equipment that has multi-channel speaker outputs, such as an AV receiver with a Dolby Digital* (AC-3) decoder. You can use the TV speakers as a center speaker. Connects to the S VIDEO OUT jack of your VCR or other video equipment that has S VIDEO.
