Owner's Record The model and serial numbers are located on the bottom. Record the serial number in the space provided below. Refer to these numbers whenever you call upon your Sony dealer regarding this product. Model No Serial No WARNING To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the unit to rain or moisture. To avoid electrical shock, do not open the cabinet. Refer servicing to qualified personnel only. AC power adaptor Model No.: 3A-211DA05 (ENG ELECTRIC CO., LTD.) CAUTION: This unit is for use only with the supplied AC power adaptor. Use with other AC power adaptors may cause hazards such as a fire. WARNING This unit has no power switch. Disconnect device of this unit is the mains plug of the AC adaptor. The mains plug on this equipment must be used to disconnect mains power. Please ensure that the socket outlet is installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible. In the event of abnormal operations, disconnect the mains plug. Caution This installation should be made by a qualified service personnel and should conform to all local codes.
