When picture reset mode is enabled, the TV turns off about 10 minutes after it is turned on, and then turns on again to reduce image retention. This is not a malfunction of the TV. Turn on the TV again using the remote control and disable picture reset mode. Press the HOME button on the remote control and select [Settings] - [Retail mode settings].
