14 Inserting and Removing the Battery To insert the fuse key: ► Place the lawn mower on a level surface. 1 3 2 ► Lift the battery compartment cover (1) and hold it. ► Squeeze the fuse key (2) and insert the fuse key into the fuse key socket (3) with even, steady pressure until it stops. 14 Inserting and Removing the Battery
To insert the fuse key:
Place the lawn mower on a level surface.
Lift the battery compartment cover (1) and hold it.
Squeeze the fuse key (2) and insert the fuse key into the
fuse key socket (3) with even, steady pressure until it
stops. Inserting the fuse key enables the flow of electrical
power from the battery to the motor.
Close the battery compartment cover.

Removing the Fuse Key
WARNING
To reduce the risk of severe personal injury from unintended
activation, always remove the fuse key and battery before
assembling, transporting, adjusting, cleaning, servicing,
maintaining or storing the lawn mower and any other time it
is not in use.
To remove the fuse key:
Switch off the lawn mower,
