User's Manual APPENDIX C T Select tone dialing This command instructs the modem to send DTMF tones while dialing. Dialed digits are tone dialed until a P command or dial modifier is received. This is the default setting. Vn DCE response format This command controls whether result codes (including call progress and negotiation progress messages) are displayed as words or their numeric equivalents. V0 Displays result codes as digits. V1 Displays result codes as text (default).
