34 Troubleshooting Other issues Problem After I undocked my computer, I discovered there is no sound coming from my computer's internal speakers or from the headphones/headset connected to my computer. Solution(s) Check that the Mute all/Mute checkboxes in Windows® are not selected. To locate these settings, double-click the speaker icon in your Windows® system tray/Notification Area. Close your media player application, if it is running. Wait approximately 10-15 seconds for the operating system to recognize the audio device connected to the computer, and then restart your media player application. Other issues Problem Solution(s) My serial, parallel, and/or audio device does not appear in the Windows Device Manager The devices connected to the port replicator's serial, parallel, and audio ports appear as USB devices in Windows Device Manager.
