When the Arrow Mode indicator lights green, you can use the gray labeled keys on the keypad overlay as cursor keys. Please refer to the Keypad overlay section in Chapter 5, The Keyboard for more information. When the Numeric Mode indicator lights green, you can use the gray labeled keys on the keypad overlay for number entry. Please refer to the Keypad overlay section in Chapter 5, The Keyboard for more information. Optical disc drives The computer is configured with a DVD Super Multi (Double Layer) Drive Kit II. Some models are equipped with an optical disc drive. A SATA interface controller is used for CD/DVD-ROM operation. When the computer is accessing a CD/DVD, an indicator on the drive glows. For information on loading and unloading discs refer to the Using optical disc drives section in Chapter 4, Operating Basics. Region codes for DVD drives and media DVD Super Multi (Double Layer) Drives Kit II and their associated media are manufactured according to the specifications of six marketing regions. Optical disc drives
The computer is configured with a DVD Super Multi (Double Layer) Drive
Kit II. Some models are equipped with an optical disc drive. A SATA
interface controller is used for CD/DVD-ROM operation. When the
computer is accessing a CD/DVD, an indicator on the drive glows.
