150 Toshiba Utilities Mouse utility 1 Click Set Quiet Mode to make the drive run more slowly and quietly, for listening to music or audio files on a CD. 2 Click Set Normal Mode to run the drive at normal speed, for transferring data. Mouse utility The Mouse utility allows you to change your TouchPad or mouse settings. To access the Mouse utility through the TOSHIBA Assist window, click Optimize on the left side of the window, then double-click the Mouse icon. The Mouse Properties screen appears.
