Telephone settings Ringer volume You can set the ringer volume or turn the ringer off on each handset. When the ringer is off, appears on the screen. 1. Press MENU when the handset is not in use. 2. Press or to highlight Ringers, then press SELECT. 3. Press or to select Home volume or Cell volume, then press SELECT. 4. Press or to sample each volume level. 5. Press SELECT to save your selection. Then the handset returns to the previous menu. You hear a confirmation tone. The ringer volume also determines the ringer volume for intercom calls. If the ringer volume is set to off, that handset is silenced for all incoming calls except paging tone.
