Requirements  WD My Cloud personal cloud storage with the most recent firmware, connected to the Internet.  A Smart device running one of the following operating systems: - iOS iPhone or iPad running versions 6.0 or later software. - Android smartphone or tablet running versions 2.3 or later software. Installing the WD Photos Mobile App 1. Download the WD Photos mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your mobile device. 2. Launch the app. 3.
