33-15 Overview of IPX printing to the Fiery SI 7. Using a text editor, edit the NET_WSCK.INI file to list your Fiery SI Color Server, its network name, its IPX Ethernet address, and the printer name code. The file is commented and mostly self-explanatory. A sample file for IPX/SPX is shown below, and a general procedure is given in Getting Started. If you have access to more than one Fiery SI or printer, modify the file to list all the color servers and their attached printers. 8. Save the edited NET_WSCK.INI file in your Windows folder on the hard disk. 9. If you plan to configure other users, also save the file to a floppy disk. Sample NET_WSCK.INI file for a single Fiery SI on an IPX/SPX network Substitute your own names for the names in italics, and be careful to copy them accurately wherever the names are repeated. NOTE: The Chooser in the Fiery SI utilities uses the Server1 name. You must use the Server1 name as the Server Name in Server Setup on the Fiery SI Control Panel. With IPX/SPX networks the names displayed on the Control Panel Info screen and in the Chooser must match. [ConfigServers] Server1=server name [server name from Server1 entry] IPXAddr=00-00-FF-FB-00-C0-85-10-00-06 (substitute the Ethernet or Token Ring IPX address copied from the Fiery SI configuration page) Device1=devicename (copier-specific name; see Getting Started) [ChosenServer] ChosenServer=(don't edit this; the utilities fill this entry automatically) ChosenDevice=(don't edit this; the utilities fill this entry automatically)
