Basic Operation Internet Direct Connection (IDC) Message List (IDC) The messages are listed in alphabetical order. Message Meaning CannotOperate Exit--> Execution of the operation failed because the recorded data has not been saved. Save the data by following the instructions "Saving recorded songs to a USB storage device ... [Save]" on page 42. CheckingLANadaptor Currently checking whether the USB wireless LAN adaptor connected to the musical instrument is compatible or not. This might take about 5 minutes. Please wait for a while. Communication Error (xxxx) Exit--> An error in communication with the Internet occurred. Confirm whether the connection is correct by "Connecting the Instrument to the Internet" on page 51. * For detailed information on the error, refer to the "Error Code List (IDC)" on page 66. Communication Timeout (xxxx) Exit--> A communication timeout occurred. If this message appears repeatedly, the communication may be unreliable. Make sure that your communication environment is appropriate. ConnectError (xxxx) Exit--> The connection test of the instrument to the Internet has failed. Confirm whether the connection is correct by "Connecting the Instrument to the Internet" on page 51. * For detailed information on the error, refer to the "Error Code List (IDC)" on page 66. Connecting UnknownLANadaptor Currently connecting to the Internet by a USB wireless LAN adaptor whose compatibility has not been confirmed. ConnectionError Exit--> (xxxx) The instrument could not be successfully connected to the Internet. Confirm whether the connection is correct by referring to "Connecting the Instrument to the Internet" on page 51. * For detailed information on the error, refer to the "Error Code List (IDC)" on page 66. ConnectSucceeded OK--> The connection test of the instrument to the Internet has succeeded. ErrorOccurred (xxxx) Invalid LANadaptor InvalidWEPkey Exit--> An error occurred. Check the error code number in the display and refer to the "Error Code List (IDC)" on page 66 for an explanation. Exit--> The particular USB wireless LAN adaptor which is connected to the instrument is invalid. Use a USB wireless LAN adaptor whose compatibility has been confirmed by Yamaha (page 122). This message is displayed when the WEP key input is incorrect. Re-input the correct WEP key. NoWirelessAdaptor The USB wireless LAN adaptor is not recognized by the instrument. • Confirm whether the connection of the USB wireless LAN adaptor to the instrument is correct. • Use the [SELECT] switch to select the desired terminal (page 123).
