BASIC OPERATION Setting the XM Satellite Radio preset channels You can use this feature to store up to 40 XM Satellite Radio channels (A1 to E8: 8 preset channel numbers in each of the 5 preset channel groups). You can then recall any preset channel easily by selecting the preset channel group and number as described in "Preset Search mode" on page 57. XM® SATELLITE RADIO TUNING 2 Press MEMORY on the front panel (or XM MEMORY on the remote control). The MEMORY indicator flashes in the front panel display for approximately 5 seconds. XM® SATELLITE RADIO TUNING
BASIC
OPERATION
You can use this feature to store up to 40 XM Satellite
Radio channels (A1 to E8: 8 preset channel numbers in
each of the 5 preset channel groups). You can then recall

Search for a channel you want to set as a
preset channel by using one of the XM
Satellite Radio search modes.
See “Selecting the XM Satellite Radio search mode”
on page 55 for details.

Press MEMORY on the front panel
(or XM MEMORY on the remote control).
The MEMORY indicator flashes in the front panel
display for approximately 5 seconds.
You must proceed to and carry out steps 3 through 5 while
the MEMORY indicator is flashing in the front panel
display.
