RESETTING THE SYSTEM RESETTING THE SYSTEM Use this feature to reset all the parameters of this unit to the initial factory settings. Notes • This procedure completely resets all the parameters of this unit including the "SET MENU" parameters. However, the advanced setup menu parameters will not be initialized. • The initial factory settings are activated next time you turn on this unit. y To cancel the initialization procedure at any time without making any changes, press STANDBY/ON on the front panel (or STANDBY on the remote control) to set this unit to the standby mode. (U.S.A. model) 3 Press the PROGRAM l / h buttons on the VOLUME front panel to select "PRESET". PRESET-CANCEL 4 Press STRAIGHT (EFFECT) on the front panel repeatedly to select "RESET". STANDBY /ON STRAIGHT EFFECT 2 Press and hold STRAIGHT (EFFECT) on the front panel and then press STANDBY/ON to turn on this unit. This unit turns on, and the advanced setup menu appears in the front panel display. While holding down STRAIGHT EFFECT STANDBY /ON PRESET-RESET y Select "CANCEL" to cancel the initialization procedure without making any changes. 5 Press STANDBY/ON on the front panel to confirm your selection and set this unit to the standby mode.
