MIDI data format 1.2.24 NRPN (Non-registered parameter number) This message is used to specify a sound parameter (such as vibrato, filter, EG, drum setup etc.) as an offset value. Use NRPN MSB and NRPN LSB to specify the parameter that you wish to modify, and then use Data Entry (see 1.2.4) to set the value for the specified parameter.
