Climate Controls You can also turn the Rear Fan Control on the main climate control system to Rear A/C and turn the Rear A/C Fan Control to 0. 0 1 4 3 2 REAR A/C For maximum cooling for the front seat passengers, set the rear fan switch to the OFF (0) position. Please note that the rear passenger air conditioning system is designed for air conditioning purposes only, and does not heat the rear compartment. Rear compartment heating is provided by the underseat floor ducts. Refer to Rear Seat Heating. REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER The rear defroster control is located on the instrument panel. Press the rear defroster control to clear the rear window of thin ice and fog. • The small LED will illuminate when the rear defroster is activated. HAZARD RR WASH RR WIPER RR DEFOG SECURITY The ignition must be in the ON position to operate the rear window defroster. The defroster turns off automatically after 15 minutes or when the ignition is turned to the OFF position. To manually turn off the defroster before 15 minutes have passed, push the control again. 72
