If the PIN code is forgotten it can be removed by the system administrator. 8 Press "OK". 4.5 Mute Handset on Incoming Call or Message The handset can be muted temporarily on an incoming call or message. The call is not hung up when the ringtone is muted. If the call is unanswered, it reverts to voicemail if the handset has been configured for voicemail.
