44 3 System upgrades Removing a 5.25-inch storage device 1 Perform the pre-installation instructions described on page 26. 2 Remove the side panel described on page 28. 3 Disconnect the power (1) and SATA (2) cables connected to the storage device. Pull out the tab (3) and pull out the device from the drive bay (4). 4 If you intend to install a new storage device, refer to the previous section. 5 Re-install the side panel and close the bezel door. 6 Observe the post-installation instructions described on page 27.
