81 SATA Configuration When this submenu is selected, the BIOS automatically detects the presence of IDE or SATA devices and displays the following items. Parameter SATA Mode IDE Mode SATA RAID Option ROM PCH RAID Codebase SATA Port0 ~ SATA Port5 Description Use this feature to configure SATA mode for a selected SATA port. Use this feature to activate or deactivate the SATA controller, and set the compatibility mode. Initialize SATA RAID with legacy or uEFI ROM Select SATA RAID with Intel or LSI ROM The BIOS displays the status of each SATA port as detected by the BIOS. Options Disabled IDE Mode AHCI Mode RAID Mode Enhanced Compatible Disabled Legacy EFI Intel LSI SCU (Storage Control Unit) Configuration This feature allows the user to configure the storage control settings. Parameter Storage Controller Unit SCU RAID Option ROM SCU Option ROM Codebase Description Select Enabled to enable PCH SCU storage devices.
