Level1 DRAM Temperature Threshold Value Set the boundary separating Level1 Values and Level2 Values. When DRAM Temperature is below or equal to this value, then Level1 Values get written. If above but below Level2 Threshold Value, then Level2 Values get written. Temperature is in degrees Celsius and at a measurement point close to the center of the DRAM.
