Before calling the customer service, check whether you can rectify the fault yourself by means of the following table. If a fault cannot be rectified or a repair is required: 1. Set program selector to Off". 2. Turn off the circuit breaker. 3. Pull the mains plug out of the socket. 4. Call customer service (see page 22). Problem Dryer does not start. Start/Stop" indicator light does not illuminate. Program has been interrupted. A warning signal is emitted and the display shows E:01". Drum light does not function. Start/Stop" indicator light does not illuminate. Wrinkle block" indicator lights. The display shows 000". Degree of drying has not been reached or the drying time is too long. Display may indicate E:03". Lint filter LED is blinking after lint filter has been cleaned Possible cause Main plug not inserted at all or not inserted correctly. A fuse of power supply has tripped. Start/Stop" button not pressed. No program selected. Door not closed. In TimeĆPrograms duration not chosen. Ambient temperature below 41 °F/5 °C. Lint filter dirty. Exhaust air duct is blocked or too long. Fault in program sequence or malfunction. The room/cabinet is not adequately ventilated. No program selected. Light bulb defective, light bulb burned out. No power supply. Light bulb is loose. Fault in program sequence or malfunction. Moisture sensor dirty. Exhaust air duct is blocked or too long. Lint filter dirty. Laundry was too wet. It is used only as a reminder. Remedial action Insert main plug correctly. Replace/switch on fuse. Press Start/Stop" button. Select program. Close door. Chose time via Select"ĆButton. Increase room temperature. Clean filter as described on page 19. Switch off/switch on again. Clean exhaust air duct. Reduce exhaust air duct to maximum length as described on page 8. Switch off/switch on again. Switch off dryer, leave to cool down for 30 min, switch on again. Restart program. Provide an adequate supply of fresh air. Switch off/switch on again. Select program. Change light bulb, see page 20. Guarantee power supply. Tighten light bulb. Remove and reinstall the cover as directed on page 26. Switch off dryer, leave to cool down for 30 min, switch on again. Restart program. Clean moisture sensor as described on page 20. Switch off/switch on again. Clean exhaust air extraction. Reduce exhaust air duct to maximum length as described on page 8. Switch off/switch on again. Clean filter as described on page 19. Switch off/switch on again. Spin laundry at higher speed in the washing machine. Switch off/switch on again.
