Playing an Audio CD Playing an audio CD Your system can play regular audio CDs and MP3 CDs. While playing a CD, the media center display window will show you the track number, track time, and repeat or shuffle mode. 1. Press CD/DVD to select the CD player. If the system is off, this will also turn it on. Open/Close 2. Lift up the media center front door and press . 3. Insert the audio CD into the tray. Open/Close 4. Press to close the disc tray. If the CD does not start to play automatically, press Play . Basic CD operations If you want to: Do this: Pause a CD ... Press . Resume play of paused CD ... Press again or . Stop a CD ... Press . Go to next track ... Press Track up. Channel Chapter Preset Track Go to beginning of current track ... After track has played for several Channel seconds, press Track down. Chapter Preset Track Go to a previous track ... Scan a CD backward/forward ... Randomly play CD tracks ... Cancel random play ... Repeat a track Repeat a CD If track has played for several Channel seconds, press Track down Chapter Preset twice. Track If not, press once. Press and hold scan backward or forward . Note: The scan feature is not available for MP3 CDs. Press Shuffle after loading CD. Press Shuffle while in Shuffle mode. Press Repeat after loading a CD. Press Repeat twice after loading a CD.
