If you want to load a different paper size, follow this procedure to change the paper size setting: 1 Press Function. 2 Press Data Registration. DATA REGSTRATION 3 Press Set. USER SETTINGS 4 Use ∂ or ¨ to select PRINTER SETTINGS. PRINTER SETTINGS 5 Press Set. RX REDUCTION 6 Use ∂ or ¨ to select PAPER SIZE. PAPER SIZE 7 Press Set. LTR 8 Use ∂ or ¨ to select the paper size you want for the multi-purpose tray. • You can select from the following: - LTR - LGL - CUSTOM - A4 I If you selected LTR, LGL, or A4 in step 8: go to step 11.
