Aperture-priority AE [Av] In this mode, you set the aperture and the camera automatically sets the shutter speed according to the lighting conditions. 1 While pressing the shooting mode selector, turn the main dial until "Av" appears in the LCD panel. MODE AF Av ISO ONE SHOT ONE SHOT 2 Release the shooting mode selector. 3 Turn the main dial until the desired aperture value appears in the viewfinder or LCD panel. 4 Press the shutter button halfway to focus the subject and confirm the exposure. • The aperture value and corresponding shutter speed are displayed in the viewfinder and LCD panel.
