3. Changing the Film Rewinding Mode In normal operation at the end of the roll, the camera automatically rewinds the film at high speed and winds the film leader completely into the cartridge. Using custom functions F-1 and F-2, however, you can change the camera's film rewinding operation as described below: • Custom Function Nos. F-1 and F-2 can be used in combination. • For instructions on how to change the custom function settings, see "1. Setting and Resetting Custom Functions" on page 82. Custom Function (Refer to pages 84-85) Settings High-speed rewinding starts automatically at the end of the roll. Rewinding does not start automatically at the end of the roll and starts when the film rewind button ( ) is pressed. Silent rewinding starts automatically at the end of the roll. Rewinding does not start automatically at the end of the roll. Silent rewinding starts when the film rewind button ( ) is pressed. 3. Changing the Film Rewinding Mode
In normal operation at the end of the roll, the camera automatically
rewinds the film at high speed and winds the film leader completely into
the cartridge. Using custom functions F-1 and F-2, however, you can
change the camera’s film rewinding operation as described below:
