Using the Self-Timer [ ] 3 Looking into the viewfinder, compose the picture and press the shutter button halfway to focus the subject and set the exposure. 4 Press the shutter button completely. Recommended when using the self-timer or making long time exposures. Push down the eyepiece shutter lever in the direction of the arrow to close the eyepiece shutter. Lift the lever in the opposite direction to open. 71
