Shooting Close-Ups (Macro Mode) Use the macro mode to record subjects in the range of 4.7 to 18 in. (12 to 46 cm) from the tip of the lens. Always use the LCD monitor in macro mode to check the image composition and focus. 1 Turn the Mode Dial to the , , or position. 2 Press the (Macro) button. 3.
