Restriction to Send Restricts the destinations to which the scanner can send images. Deselect a destination to disable it. Ex.) Edit Enables you to edit a user's settings. Hint If you select the "Permit to send to FAX directly" check box, a fax can be sent to an address that is not registered in the address book by directly entering the fax number when sending the fax. However, "Permit to edit My Address Book" needs to be enabled in the editing restrictions. Restriction to Edit Restricts the ability to edit address books and job buttons. Restriction to Send
Restricts the destinations to which the scanner can send
images. Deselect a destination to disable it.
Ex.) When the destinations are restricted to shared folders
only:
Hint
If you select the “Permit to send to FAX directly” check box, a
fax can be sent to an address that is not registered in the
address book by directly entering the fax number when sending
the fax.
