5.2.4 Logging Configuration Screen Messages This section explains the messages that may appear on the Logging configuration screen, along with possible causes and remedies. Message The maximum number of syslog servers is 3. Invalid syslog server specifications. No action has been taken. The new syslog server is the same as an existing syslog server. No action has been taken. Server address is invalid. Server port is invalid. Cause Remedy There is a maximum of 3 syslog servers already added, and you are trying to add another syslog server. Remove an unused syslog server from the list, and try adding the new syslog server again. See "Configuring the Logging Settings," on p. 40. The Port field does not parse into an integer when adding a new remote syslog server. Make sure that you enter the correct port number for the syslog server you are adding. You are trying to add a syslog server that has the same logging level as an existing syslog server. Change the logging level of the new syslog server, and try adding the new syslog server again. See "Configuring the Logging Settings," on p. 40.
