5.2.5 Certificates Configuration Screen Messages This section explains the messages that may appear on the Certificates configuration screen, along with possible causes and remedies. Message Successfully installed X certificate(s). Failed to install Y file(s). Failed to add certificate to trusted store. Cause Remedy The certificate files may be expired, and cannot be validated. Make sure that the certificate file has not expired and is valid, and try to upload the certificate again. The certificate you are trying to upload is invalid. Message Connection Failed: Cause You pressed [Test Connection], and an error occurred due to the REASON listed. Remedy Check the network connection to the OCSP server, and try again. 5.2.7 SSL Configuration Screen Message This section explains the message that may appear on the SSL configuration screen, along with the possible cause and remedy.
