Fast Ethernet Switching System User's Guide Port Configuration The Port Configuration panel, shown in Figure 21, enables you to configure individual ports according to the needs of your network. Port Configuration
The Port Configuration panel, shown in Figure 21, enables you to configure
individual ports according to the needs of your network.

Port
Port indicates the port and module number. The module number is first and the
port number is after the decimal point.
State
Port state can be enabled or disabled. Packets can only pass through enabled ports.
Disabled ports don’t allow packets to pass through them.
