Power Connections To support 3-way SLI, this motherboard has the following specific minimum power supply requirements:  A Power Supply that features 1000 W peak power  6-pin and/or 8-pin PCI-E power connectors configured in either of the following configurations (see Figure 3):  Four 6-pin (3x2) and two 8-pin (4x2) PCI-E power connectors  Six 6-pin (3x2) PCI-E power connectors  Three 6-pin (3x) and three 8-pin (4x2) PCI-E power connectors 8-pin (4x2) PCI-E Connector 6-pin (3x2) PCI-E connector Figure 3.
