IT Managed IT managed e-mail means your company supports Microsoft Direct Push or BlackBerry® Connect to enable wireless synchronization of corporate e-mail. You need to have an account established on that server by an IT administrator before you get set up. Microsoft Direct Push provides wireless access to your corporate Microsoft® e-mail, contacts, calendar and tasks. Your Exchange Admin needs to enable Mobile Services on the Exchange Server. Activate a "PDA Enterprise for Microsoft Direct Push" data plan on your wireless account from AT&T before using Direct Push. BlackBerry® Connect for Windows Mobile® provides access to BlackBerry wireless push e-mail and more, including BlackBerry Enterprise Server™ for corporate e-mail and BlackBerry Internet Service™ for personal/ISP e-mail.
