Reinstall the cartridge and try to print. If the error persists, replace the empty cartridge. Reinstall the faulty ink cartridge and try to print. If the error persists, replace the cartridge. Open the ink cartridge door and check if the cartridge is missing, improperly installed, or the wrong cartridge. If none of these solutions work, replace the cartridge. 5-5
