Press the Menu button until INFORMATION MENU appears. 2. Press the Item button until PRINT DIAGNOSTIC PAGE appears. 3. Press the Resume button to print the diagnostic page. 6-4

2. Press the Item button until PRINT CONFIGURATION appears.
3. Press the Resume button to print the configuration page.

Note: The information on the diagnostic page is useful to our Customer Support
Center in helping you to troubleshoot any printer problem.
1. Press the Menu button until INFORMATION MENU appears.
2. Press the Item button until PRINT DIAGNOSTIC PAGE appears.
3. Press the Resume button to print the diagnostic page.
